No as we do do not print the items here they are printed at my suppliers and sent to you direct.

Once the order is confirmed you will get a pdf proof to sign off, you will need to check the colour and positon is correct and of course the spelling.

We will need your logo or any design to be in an editable format which are as follows, EPS, AI or Editable PDF files. We cannot print from jpeg, png, wordor any uneditable files. This is because they cannot be made bigger or smaller without becoming pixalated or in other words distorted.

We can get it redraw for you by an outside source so that will be chargable, we don't have the software here to do that for you.

You can cancel and order upto the point of artwork sign off, after that they cannot be cancelled as they are then being processed.

It is the setting up of the machine for your logo, depending on the method being used a screen, tool or plate will be needed and that is a cost that is inccured everytime a product is printed so even for a re print the origination will still be required.
